Contact Centre Representative Competitive hourly rate + Super + 17.5% leave loading Hybrid Working Role Salary Packaging of up to $18,500 The opportunity RDNS, a part of Silver Chain Group have multiple vacancies commencing  11th, November for suitably experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our Contact Centre team in Keswick, SA.
As one of the first points of contact, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our clients and internal customers with every interaction.
We are looking for Full Time and Part Time Contact Centre Representatives who are available to work across a number of available shift bands.
Hourly Rate of $31.60 + penalties + super and salary packaging options.
Key responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service with an empathetic and supportive attitude Creating peace of mind for our clients by providing exceptional service when handling inbound call enquiries Action any emergency calls efficiently whilst remaining calm Adhere to key performance indicators Hours Full- Time and Part-Time shifts available across multiple shift bands.
Part time roles require minimum 30 hours commitment per week.
During Probation you will be rostered within our core business hours between 7am – 7pm.
Once you successfully complete Probation you will move into your choice of the following available options: - Full Time 24/7 available to work Mon – Sun.
Full Time Evening available to work Mon – Fri between 10am – 11pm Part Time Evening (30 hours per week) available to work Mon – Fri 12pm – 11pm.
Training You will be required to  undertake 4 weeks of compulsory paid full-time training  from our offices in Keswick.
At RDNS Silverchain we are proud to support hybrid flexible working options.
Once you have completed office-based training and we've set you up for success in the role you will be part of our hybrid work model, with a mix of attending RDNS Keswick office and working from home throughout your working week.
Start Monday 11th, November 2024 (non- negotiable)  We cannot approve any time off during your compulsory full-time training weeks.

About you Previous experience within a customer service environment Previous experience working in a contact centre desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
MUST hold a valid National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check or be willing to obtain one.
Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and lateral thinking Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a passion to deliver exceptional customer service.
Possess excellent work ethic and behaviour.
Ability to clearly communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
The ability to work from home through a reliable internet connection (equipment provided) Ability to pick up and learn new systems quickly.
