We are partnering with a leading Western Australian utilities brand seeking multiple Customer Service superstars for a long-term temp assignment. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a reputable company that offers a supportive work environment.
We're looking for candidates with excellent customer service skills and who are comfortable in handling challenging conversations with both internal and external customers. The role involves managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, which requires strong attention to detail. While this can be repetitive, it's an essential part of the job.
Hours: Part-time (minimum 15 hours) and Full-time (37.5 hours) opportunities available
Hourly rate: $35hr + Super
Location: Perth CBD
Start: Monday 30th September (2 week training period)
Duration: 6-12 months with potential long term opportunities for candidates with full, unrestricted working rights.
The Role
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
Provide efficient first point of contact customer service advice and information Inbound/Outbound customer service calls Responsible for end-to-end management of assigned tasks Competent handling of specialised queries and escalating where required Responsible for delivering your allocated rostered workload Role Requirements
Effective call handling skills and telephone manner Excellent verbal and written communication and organisational skills Good time management and ability to prioritise.
