The Organisation
Deliver high-level customer service for our client operating in the financial industry. Our client is a leading provider of financial solutions, operating across Australia, New Zealand, and the UK. Serving a diverse customer base, including corporate, government, and small businesses, our client is currently undergoing a transformation and expansion project to increase their customer base and market share within the industry.
Located in South Whard, this is a great opportunity for someone passionate about customer service that is looking for an immediate start. This is an initial 6 month contract with strong views of permanency.
The Opportunity
As a Customer Service Officer, you will manage the end-of-contract processes, including reconciling transactions and handling customer communications. The role involves supporting team members, adhering to service standards, and ensuring smooth and efficient contract terminations.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely manner and to appropriate quality standards.
Providing flexible support and assistance to team members across the organisation as needed.
Ability to handle multiple and conflicting priorities.
Comprehensively learn and understand company products, processes and systems.
Provide administrative support to the team.
