In this full-time position , playing an important role in providing direction and guidance throughout the life of claims while meeting specific reporting KPIs. Your responsibilities will include generating accurate assessment reports, managing administrative tasks, and creating invoices. Why Join Our Team?

Your Key Responsibilities:

Process and action all phone/email enquiries. Collaborate with the Scheduler to ensure that work is properly planned and that both internal and external customer requirements are met. Provide administrative support. Handle data entry and file management. Communicate with specialist contractors.

Qualities We're Looking For:

Strong communication skills, positive attitude even in challenging situations. Confidence in phone communication. Competence with Microsoft Office applications. Comfortable in a fast-paced, independent working environment. Super organized, with the ability to complete tasks to a deadline with meticulous attention to detail. Taking responsibility and accountability for your workload.
