Customer Service Officer

Hours: 35 hours per week (7 hours per day) - Monday - Friday (Onsite - no WFH)
Contract Length: 12 Month Contract
Training:
Two x five-day training sessions will be held at our facilities in Penrith or Coffs Harbour, NSW.
Travel is required for these sessions.
Key Responsibilities: Provide accurate customer support via phone, face-to-face, and written communication.Maintain and update records to ensure accuracy and compliance.Educate customers on their rights, responsibilities, and available services.Prepare documents and correspondence in line with quality standards.Perform general administrative tasks to support the team.Requirements: Eligibility: Must have full working rights in Australia.Experience: Prior customer service experience is essential.Start Date: Available from beginning of December 2024.Conditions: Onsite Requirements Monday - Friday.
