The OpportunityOur Customer Delivery Group are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our team and continue to strengthen our customer focus and response. This is an exciting opportunity for somebody who thrives in a high performing environment and is passionate about providing fantastic customer service to our Canberra community.Our Customer Service Officers manage customer applications relating to new or existing connections and liaise with teams throughout the business to effect required outcomes.Day to day you will:Provide resolution for all customer enquiries including investigation, liaising with internal teams and timely provision of responses to customersProviding day-to-day management of reception operationsProvide support to the section by performing manual system updates, system auditing and quality control checksUnderstand and adhere to regulation that relates to the energy industryAccurate management of data into various Evoenergy systemsAbout youCertificate in Business Administration (highly desirable)Minimum 3 years experience in dealing with customers within an administrative based roleAn understanding or the ability to quickly learn the application of legislation in a utility environmentSignificant experience balancing priorities whilst continuing to meet the expectations of our customersExperience in Microsoft Office suite and customer information systemsWell-developed communication skills both verbally and in writing as well as a high level of attention to detailWhy should you work for us?We offer generous salary and benefits including free gym memberships, leadership and professional development programs, access to our onsite physio, staff rewards, recognition programs and much more.How can I apply?We encourage you to submit your cover letter and resume through our online recruitment portal.
