About the role As Customer Service Officer, you will be the face of the branch.
Historically referred to as Bank Teller, our Customer Service Officers are leading the way with our unique philosophy.
You will be given the training you need to do what you do best – help customers with transactions, educate them on our online platforms and tools, recommend the bank's products and services to help them achieve their financial goals.
This position is located at the Community Bank Goomalling branch.
The role is permanent, part time.
The roster is up to 39 hours per fortnight.
Must be available to work Fridays, with Wednesday and Thursday as the other days, working 2 or 3 days per week 09:00am to 04:15pm each day.

You will be comfortable working in a changing environment as we adapt to digitization and educate and support our customers with their digital literacy and online banking needs.
You will bring: Extensive experience in a customer service environment Demonstrated competence in achieving consistent sales results An ability to confidently talk to customers face-to-face and over the telephone An eagerness to understand and share with others what makes our bank different Experience in the banking and finance industry - a plus but certainly not essential Why us?
