About the role
As Customer Service Officer, you will be the face of the branch. Historically referred to as Bank Teller, our Customer Service Officers are leading the way with our unique philosophy.
You will be given the training you need to do what you do best - help customers with transactions, educate them on our online platforms and tools, recommend the bank's products and services to help them achieve their financial goals.
This position will see you working across both Community Bank's Bicheno and Swansea branches. The role is part time, 15-month contract. The roster is 42 hours per fortnight. Working 3 days a week: Monday, Wednesday and Friday 09:00am to 04:30pm. Monday and Friday based in Bicheno and Wednesday is based in Swansea. About you

Extensive experience in a customer service environmentDemonstrated competence in achieving consistent sales resultsAn ability to confidently talk to customers face-to-face and over the telephoneAn eagerness to understand and share with others what makes our bank differentExperience in the banking and finance industry - a plus but certainly not essential Why us?
