About the Opportunity Securecorp is excited to provide an expression of interest for retail security officers.
Duties and Responsibilities As part of our team, you will have the chance to: Guarding, patrolling, monitoring, and controlling assigned premises.
Responding to emergencies, alarm events, calls for assistance and providing the necessary support to associated stakeholders.
Critically assess and respond to situations of risk adeptly and in line with standard operating procedures.
Communicate effectively with visitors, customers and site management.
Implement effective strategies for engaging with young people.
Control access to and exit from premises.
Investigate and prepare reports - Incident report writing and data logs.
CCTV Monitoring.
Key Selection Criteria We're looking for candidates who: Must Have Current Security License and Valid First Aid Certificate.
Proven Experience within the Security Industry – Retail preferred.
Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated Ability to work within a team environment or autonomously.
Dependable, reliable and action orientated with a strong desire to achieve.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, is essential.
