Role Overview Due to growth, this manufacturing company is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to join their small team in Minchinbury, Western Sydney. Reporting to the Branch Manager, who also started in this very role, along with many other leaders in the business who started their career in this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring outstanding customer service and smooth operations whilst you learn and develop within the business. Once you have been trained, some of your key duties will Include: Managing customer service calls, face-to-face and email inquiriesPrinting and organizing production tags and schedulesProduction allocation and stock controlReceiving goods and approving transport invoicesCollection and matching of picking slipsScanning and saving client paperworkProviding quotations for the Sales Team and managing customer quotes and purchase ordersCompleting daily truck runs and maintaining production logsProcessing EFTPOS card payments and managing incoming phone callsGreeting customers (often builders, trades, contractors) and suppliersCandidate Profile You are friendly, organized, and proactive with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to learn and grow within a company that values its people.
