Westview Electronics, an Australian-owned company established in 1971, has been at the forefront of electronics repairs in Sydney for over 50 years.
We specialise in the repair of a diverse range of electronic products, including security cameras, CCTV equipment, TVs, LCD displays, projectors, battery-powered lawn equipment, and more.
We are the authorised repair and service centre for renowned brands such as AXIS, Bosch, Pelco, Epson, and Panasonic.
We are currently seeking expressions of interest for the role of Customer Service Representative/ Office Support.
This is not an immediate job opening, but we want to connect with potential candidates who are interested in joining our team in the future.
About the Role: In this role, you would be responsible for:
Handling customer queries via phone, email, and at the front desk. Receiving and dispatching products, processing customer payments, and maintaining inventory of parts. Managing general office records and supporting daily administrative tasks. Working in a small team and contributing to an efficient office environment. About You: We are looking for candidates with:
Essential Skills: Excellent customer service skills, strong organisational abilities, familiarity with office software, and the capability to handle packaging and unpacking of products. Nice to Have: Previous experience in a similar customer service or office admin role, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn and work efficiently.
