With the story and passion of our founder Frank Caruso as the foundation of everything that we do, we are looking for a Customer Service Manager to join our company on a full-time basis and lead the Customer Service team.
Reporting into the Sales Director, we're looking for someone with excellent leadership skills who will empower, support and influence their colleagues to improve the experience for our customers.

Competitive Salary and benefitsCurrent work arrangement: 9 am to 5 pm5 days on-site Monday – Friday Based in Eastern Creek, with easy access via M4 or M7Free on-site parking and modern offices What you will do: Play an integral role by receiving and processing all orders in a timely and accurate manner through inbound calls, email, fax and systemsProvide leadership, management and development to the Customer Service team empowering them to excel in their roles and achieve their full potentialAllocate work effectively as per business needs and act as an escalation point for complex customer issuesInitiate, lead and drive initiatives and process improvements within the Customer Service teamFostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvementStay up to date with best practice, emerging trends and technologies to drive innovation Partner with various stakeholder groups across the business to drive customer centric solutionsUtilise data-driven insights to develop a deep understanding of customer needs & implement performance metrics and reporting mechanisms Optimise and streamline customer service systems, processes and workflows, eliminating friction points and enhancing efficiencyMonitor key performance indicators and track progress against business objectivesPresent regular updates on the state of the customer experience to various stakeholders, providing actionable insights To be successful in this role, you need to: 3+ years' experience in a management role or similar capacity Success in driving customer centric initiative and leading teams Passion for leading and developing othersHighly developed customer service skills and ability to problem solve Strong communication skills and ability to partner with a diverse range of internal and external customers Ability to constantly realign priorities with business needs whilst managing time efficiently Ability to work in a high technology environment, including accuracy when processing orders Work independently and proactivelyA great track record in bringing people together to facilitate an agile work environmentAn understanding of the systems and orientation that lead to great customer experiencesHighly proficient in CRM software If you are interested in taking up this opportunity, please write to us and tell us why you would be delighted to work at Caruso's Natural Health.
