As part of the AFF team, you will play a vital role in a large and successful agribusiness that spans production, processing, distribution and marketing. Description: About the job Australian Food & Fibre is searching for a detail-oriented and motivated Customer Service & Logistics Administrator, located in Narrabri, NSW. As Customer Service & Logistics Administrator, you will assist in planning, organizing, and executing logistics deliverables, ensuring the smooth movement of commodities to and from AFF facilities and external warehouses. You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, support the Logistics Supervisor with day-to-day rail operations, and provide high commercial service standards in supply chain, warehousing, and commodity handling. Additionally, you will manage inventory controls, monitor vessel schedules, and communicate with both internal teams and external customers to ensure timely deliveries and updates on shipment statuses. This role is offered on a permanent full-time basis. Skills and Experiences: About you You are a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional with excellent numeracy and literacy skills and a strong ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access) is complemented by your ability to work under pressure. You thrive in both autonomous work environments and as part of a team, maintaining a high level of self-motivation and focus. With previous experience in cotton bale and grain logistics, alongside a solid background in customer service, you bring practical industry knowledge and an understanding of the intricacies of supply chain operations. Ideal applicants will also hold Department of Agriculture Officer qualifications and have at least 3 years of relevant experience, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
