Matrix Education, NSW's leader in tuition for year 3 to 12 students, is coming to Melbourne in January 2025!
Our first stop is Box Hill, and we are now hiring our founding administrative team, starting with a full time Customer Service Lead (Mandarin speaker).
As a Customer Service Lead, you will start as the first point of contact for all Melbourne Matrix parents and students. You will commence in providing course and enrolment information and delivering the full range of administrative services to our Melbourne clients. You will then play a key role in the hiring, training and leading the service team, and the day to day management and operations of the campus and the team.
Full on-the-job training and support is provided.
While the Box Hill campus will open in January 2025, we are seeking a team member for an immediate start. While we await the opening of Box Hill, the role will be mostly remote, with the potential for work opportunities and training in Sydney! When the Box Hill campus opens, the role will be full time in the office.
What you'll do…Responding to inbound telephone, email and face to face enquiries and outbound engagement calls,Being the first point of contact for queries from new and existing customers,Ownership of end to end enrolment management, from trial lessons, enrolment to retention,Campus and office management.What you'll need…Minimum two years' experience in Customer Service, Administration, Retail or Sales,Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin (fluent conversational),Experience using LMS and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred),Exceptional time management skills,Keen attention to detail,Tertiary studies or qualifications in Commerce, Business, Arts or Education are preferred, but not essential. #J-18808-Ljbffr
