Customer Service Lead

The Customer Services area of Council plays a key role to Council's ratepayers, residents, and visitors.

Council currently has a vacancy for a talented Customer Service Lead to undertake a range of duties associated with the collection of Council revenue and provision of customer service.

This full-time role will undertake a range of tasks including providing efficient, courteous, and effective reception, information, and cashiering services to customers.
This Customer Service Lead is a hands-on, frontline role which is focused on enhancing the customer experience along with managing the day-to-day operations of the customer service team.

About You
You will be a Customer Service superstar who is proactive, enthusiastic, and able to work in a dynamic, collaborative team environment.

In addition to being skilled in financial systems, including cash handling and reconciliation processes, you will be a good problem solver who has the ability to build relationships with a range of stakeholders.

Experience with conflict resolution and negotiation is important along with being dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service.
