This Customer Service Lead is a hands-on, frontline role which is focused on enhancing the customer experience along with managing the day-to-day operations of the customer service team.About YouYou will be a Customer Service superstar who is proactive, enthusiastic, and able to work in a dynamic, collaborative team environment.In addition to being skilled in financial systems, including cash handling and reconciliation processes, you will be a good problem solver who has the ability to build relationships with a range of stakeholders.Experience with conflict resolution and negotiation is important along with being dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service.About UsThis role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Customer Service leader.At Burnie City Council, we prioritise customer experience, foster service excellence, and pursue continuous improvement in line with our Customer Service Charter.
