We are seeking a professional and experienced Estimator with a strong customer service focus, to join our team in Adelaide.
This full-time role involves the development and enhancement of 2D drawings and 3D models to support our quoting process, as well as liaising with customers to ensure seamless order flow and maintain high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities: Develop, update, and prepare 2D & 3D CAD drawings Collaborate with production staff to resolve special requirements and manufacturability issues Maintain customer drawing databases, ensuring proper version control Prepare quotes for laser cutting, engraving, folding, welding, and powder coating services  Investigate and resolve customer enquiries and complaints, escalating where necessary Develop and maintain relationships with customer purchasing contacts.
Skills, Experience and Attributes: Proven experience in a similar Estimator role Proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD software.
SolidWorks experience preferred Sheetmetal experience or familiarity with sheet metal type will be advantageous Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively with production teams and customers Excellent organisational skills, with a focus on detail and accuracy Customer focussed, with the ability to build lasting professional relationships.
