Due to continued growth and internal moves, a fabulous opportunity has become available for an experienced Claims Officer to handle the management of home claims.
This exciting role will involve you providing an exceptional level of member service by responding to all internal and external customers regarding their insurance claims queries. As well as processing claims within the RAA Insurance claims area, within established guidelines, efficiently and professionally, to achieve a fair and equitable settlement.
Provide outstanding service to our members
Interpret and apply policy conditions to settle claims
Liaise with stakeholders such as Assessors, Loss Adjusters, Investigators and Solicitors
Process claims and associated administration
Able to achieve set KPI's and quality targets consistently
About you
You are a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture.
You're passionate about helping our community (and members) and want to make a difference. To be successful in the role you will need to have:
Home and/or motor or similar claims experience is preferred
Outstanding attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills
The empathy to deal with customers who have suffered loss
A positive can-do attitude and team ethos
Intermediate PC skills, and experience with Insurance based systems.
