Indigo Love is a furniture and homewares brand offering wholesale, retail, and trade. Our head office is based in South Nowra on the South Coast of NSW. Our retail stores (Few and Far), located in Huskisson, Berry, Bowral, and Thirroul, have been known to take you on a journey of discovery, where you can get lost in time, with a focus on customer experience. We specialise in sourcing one-of-a-kind pieces from around the globe to create soulful and timeless interiors. We are passionate and excited about what we do and are looking for someone to share our love for unique pieces and the stories they tell.
Duties & Responsibilities
Customer Service & Order Management
Monitor customer enquiries and feedback, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Implement effective customer service processes, including order tracking and processing, returns, and exchanges. Address customer issues promptly and professionally. Process all online orders and product transfers to be sent for final pick to ensure accurate order fulfilment. Monitor shipping and logistics management with third parties. Collaborate with the logistics function to ensure order fulfilment through various channels meets the agreed service levels. Respond to social media enquiries and reviews. E-commerce Operations
Manage and oversee all existing product listings online, ensuring all required product, MOQ and pricing information and stock availability is correct (working with Inventory and Product Teams). Ensure smooth launch of new products online including the upload of all product collateral, scheduling go live times, ensuring availability on appropriate online channels. Support new product development process by assisting Product Team in writing product descriptions that are SEO optimised. Manage collection merchandising across all sites. Website Management
Oversee the maintenance and functionality of our online store websites, troubleshooting any issues or bugs. Collaborate with web developers and designers to implement improvements and optimise the user experience. Regularly update website content, ensuring it aligns with marketing initiatives, HR initiatives, and seasonal promotions. Ensure all Shopify apps are working effectively and to their best potential at all times. Regularly review Online Terms and Conditions to ensure they are current and relevant to how we operate. Experience Required
Previous experience in customer service, e-commerce sales, or a related field. Shopify and Gorgias experience is highly valued. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and website management. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach. Exceptional organisational, time management, and multitasking abilities, with a high attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment. Ability to manage large volumes of sales and efficiently manage workload. A positive 'can-do' attitude and eagerness to learn. Why Work for Us?
