Data Entry & Word Processing (Administration & Office Support) Full time $25 – $30 per hour (based on experience) Architectural Designer Products (ADP) is an Australian family-owned business, established in 2001.

The Role We are seeking a reliable person to join our Customer Service team as our Customer Service / Data Entry Officer.
Based at our Head Office in Unanderra, you will be responsible for processing a high volume of customer orders received via email from our nationwide network of wholesale customers.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: High volume data entry and order processing.
Being the first point of contact for ADP customers.
Responding to customer queries via phone and email.

About You Personal Attributes Self-motivated and customer focused.
Keen eye for detail and advanced data entry skills.
A sense of urgency, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize duties.
Exceptional communication skills.
Strong team player with the ability to work in a small office environment.
A positive attitude with a focus on achieving results.
Proven ability to complete daily tasks to a high standard.
Intermediate computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Strong computer/data entry capabilities and ability to work across multiple systems.
Strong interpersonal skills and a pleasant phone manner.
Knowledge of bathroom products is an advantage, but not essential.
Demonstrated customer service experience and confidence in dealing with customers on the phone.
