Position Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team, dedicated to facilitating internal department collaboration to enhance customer experience. The ideal candidate will embody our corporate values while demonstrating professional qualities, competencies, and necessary qualifications outlined below.
Responsibilities: Collaborate with internal departments to improve customer experience. Follow operating procedures and oversee P/A & RFQ processes. Manage product costs efficiently. Conduct customer feedback surveys and attend customer meetings. Handle system data entry and draft reports. Assist with customer inquiries, both technical and non-technical. Professional Qualities: Integrity and responsibility are paramount. Ability to empathize and devise solutions from others' perspectives. Proactive, passionate, and result-driven for what you choose to do. Self-motivated with a drive for continuous improvement. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word. Familiarity with SaaS operating systems. Strong mathematical aptitude, with a keen eye for detail. Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and techniques through self-learning. Proficiency in a second language for communication purposes is advantageous. Qualifications: Proficient in Microsoft Office operating apps such as Excel, Word, etc. Familiarity with SaaS operating systems. Strong mathematical skills (a good academic record is beneficial). Demonstrated accomplishment in new technologies and techniques through self-learning. Proficiency in a second language for communications, other than English, is an advantage.
