Customer Service Coordinator

Responsible for identifying the customer's needs, helping fulfil the customer needs through the full range of Coates solutions and providing exceptional customer service via the phone or face to face.
Key Responsibilities: Provide superior customer service by responding to customer needs via telephone or face to face and resolve any disputes. Receive and process customer orders with accuracy. Complete and undertake a variety of branch administrative duties, i.e., generating hire schedules, invoicing, raising purchase orders, stocktake activities, and office duties. Collaborate with the branch team in your branch and within the Coates network to effectively manage assets.
