ABOUT THE ROLE As the frontline representative of the Company, the Customer Service Co-ordinator plays a vital role in ensuring client satisfaction in the delivery of our products and services. This position is responsible for responding to inquiries, processing orders, and delivering top-notch service at every interaction. You may also assist with serving customers in our showroom on an ad hoc basis.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and other communication channels promptly and professionally. Process client orders accurately and efficiently, including processing credit card payments. Provide expert advice and solutions to client enquiries regarding products, services, and orders. Coordinate and organise the best method of delivery for client orders, ensuring timely and secure shipment. Liaise with the warehouse to confirm stock availability and production lead times and communicate this information to clients. Collaborate with the dispatch team to facilitate deliveries and stock pickups, ensuring smooth logistics operations. Respond to incoming sales inquiries in a timely manner, providing quotations and relevant marketing materials as needed. Opportunity to showcase your personality out in our Showroom serving our retail/trade clientele. Document client selections and preferences to ensure accurate order fulfilment. ABOUT YOU You love dealing with people and are open to learning about pool tiles and the swimming pool industry. Full product training will be provided. Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanour. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle inquiries and issues effectively. Experience in order processing and payment handling is advantageous. Full training will be provided for our systems. Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately document client information and order details. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and fun attitude. Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively. A proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
