Customer Service Assistant - Work From Home

Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team at ConAgra Foods for a part-time, work-from-home position based in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an entry-level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and dedicated, with strong soft skills in creativity and time management.

Responsibilities:- Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels- Assisting customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution- Processing orders and returns accurately and efficiently- Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and positive attitude at all times

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in customer service- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant technology platforms
