The Grout Guy is looking for the right candidate to work with our current team at our Grout HQ in Perth. The Grout Guy is a fast-growing business currently operating in Perth, Melbourne, Geelong, Sydney, and Brisbane metro areas. This role will require availability from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, offering an early start and the opportunity to finish in the afternoon. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, the successful applicant will:
Answer incoming customer enquiries from various platformsSchedule customer quotes and jobs for The Grout Guy teamCompetently guide customers through The Grout Guy processesEfficiently adjust Grout Guy schedules as required and often with time pressures in placeWork with Salesforce and other IT systemsWork within a busy, high volume, fast-paced environmentOur ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
