The role: ACH Group has an exciting opportunity to join the team at Perry Park in Port Noarlunga. The role is being offered on a part-time (0.6 FTE) basis, working five hours a day Monday to Friday.
Delivering exceptional customer service, you will be the welcoming first point of contact for customers, staff, and visitors and provide high-quality administrative support services for the residential care home.
What you'll do: Maintain a tidy, warm, friendly, and welcoming environmentProvide first-class service in person, on the phone, and via emailAssist with processing paymentsDocument, register, and record keeping and updatesManage the visitors and contractor signing into the registerOrganise incoming and outgoing mailLiaise with various staff at the care homeOther administration support as requiredAbout You! This role is suited for someone who has experience in a reception/administration role, with initiative, a positive can-do attitude, and a motivation to make a difference, together with effective communication skills to liaise with multiple internal and external stakeholders, in addition to:
