Your New Role Reporting to the Managing Director your new role will involve:
Forging lasting relationships with loyal long term customersLink between production and the customerEnsuring customer orders are accurate and meet quality standardsProviding stakeholders with data-driven insights for decision making, justifying improvement initiatives, and measuring progressCoordination of customer samples and monitoring of data to realise sales opportunitiesOversight of the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service team (2 direct reports)Training and developing team members to reach their full potentialEstablishment and maintenance of customer service standardsAcquiring in depth knowledge of the entire organisation's product rangeAssisting with global freight forwarding and supply chain concernsCoordinate with external warehouses domestic and InternationalAssist with logistics and freight forwarding processesMeasuring and reporting to key stakeholders regarding the sales efforts and successes of the departmentChampioning a safety-first culture by role modelling safety leadershipAbout You A minimum of five (5) years' experience in a customer service roleKnowledge of manufacturing processesHighly skilled in MS suite of products including advanced MS Excel skillsExperience in the delivery of an exceptional customer experienceA personable disposition and an engaging leadership styleYou are the coordinating link between sales and productionHighly developed communication skills both written and verbalEnthusiastic leader who is results driven and grows others to achieve high performanceHands on leader, who will roll up your sleeves to get the job doneStrong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detailSound problem solving capability, creativity and solutions focused"Can do" attitude and a strong work ethicFor You Career development and skill enhancementBusiness casual dressCoaching and mentoringFriendly, family owned work environmentAn internationally expanding businessJob security and on job developmentCompetitive remuneration packageOnly candidates with unrestricted working rights will be invited for interview.
