The role will act as a point of contact for industry participants, vets and greyhound club managers for the schemes and process all payments in accordance with the guidelines. The role will also assist with the coordination of education for participants in the greyhound racing industry.
Responsibilities include yet are not limited to: Communicate and liaise with Greyhound Racing Club Managers, Veterinary Practitioners, Greyhound Transporters, Greyhound Industry Participants, GWIC, Greyhounds As Pets (GAP) Team and GRNSW Finance Team to ensure the GCS and HAS is executed properly Liaising with Veterinarians concerning criteria, invoicing, accurate records and data capturing. Manage the shared injury schemes inbox and respond to inquiries within a timely manner. Manage the phone lines for GCS and HAS and following up inquiries in a timely manner. Facilitate the timely recording and maintenance of information of greyhounds utilizing the GCS and HAS. Coordinate education programs for participants and clubs and ensure all administration is completed and followed through in a timely manner. Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills and the ability to liaise with a diverse range of people. Demonstrated administration abilities Exposure to accounts/invoicing is highly desirable Excellent attention to detail and sound problem-solving skills Strong system skills preferably with exposure to Salesforce Strong ability to meet and adhere to key performance indicators and service level requirements Excellent collaboration skills and the ability and work in and support a team.
