About your new job
Working with the Key Accounts and Claims department, your main role is to be the face of the business while delivering exceptional customer service and impressions. Your duties will include:
Manage a portfolio of claims end-to-end.Engagement with key stakeholders to deliver timely outcomes for customers.Assess and finalize claims payments in a timely and accurate manner.Provide exceptional customer service including management of claims, communication, and inquiries.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely and quality management of claims.
About you!
Proven administrative skills in a previous role.Experience with Claims and/or SAP would be highly regarded.High attention to detail and the drive to succeed.Highly organized with exceptional communication skills.Ability to always deliver an excellent customer service experience.Drive and determination to deliver the best outcome and results.
