Key Responsibilities Providing first class service to customers via our web platforms Handling daily enquiries/complaints from customers and branches over the phone, chat and email Increasing customer satisfaction and retention Improving website conversion through effective parts identification first time Taking orders from customers over the phone when needed Ensuring all customer contacts are logged in the system Making the customer top priority at all times.

Skills and Experience Strong phone handling skills and active listening Ability to adapt to different types of characters Experience working in a fast paced environment
