Customer Service Administrator (Permanent Opportunity – Global Company)

Based in the Ipswich area, this role is primarily responsible for delivering a high standard of customer service, including: Responding to customer enquiries (telephone and email) and providing information and assistance with regard products and product usage Processing sales orders and maintaining customer database Co-ordinating between departments to ensure orders are fulfilled promptly Providing administrative assistance to Sales Representatives (including preparing quotes and orders as required) Maintaining and updating price lists and related information for customers Participating and assisting with sales campaigns Working with Accounts Receivable to assist in resolving customer issues (such as purchase order discrepancies, account balances, etc) Undertaking associated reception and  administrative tasks To be considered for this role, you will ideally demonstrate: Previous customer service experience within a fast-paced office environment (exposure to food safety industry would be advantageous but not essential) A strong customer service focus with well-developed communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organisational skills with a proven ability to manage your time effectively to meet deadlines Confidence learning and using new technology (including a sound understanding of MS Office and Salesforce experience advantageous but not essential) This is a permanent full-time role working 8:00am – 4:00pm Monday to Friday in the Ipswich area.
