What You'll Do:
• Be the first point of contact for our customers and manage all customer
communications and admin requests through our CRM.
• Troubleshoot issues and come up with the best strategies to solve them.
• Process orders through SAP.
• Foster a collaborative environment to deliver seamless customer experiences
• Deliver exceptional service at every touchpoint
What You'll Need:
• Previous experience with a CRM, preferably HubSpot.
• SAP experience.
• At least 2 years in a similar customer service role
• Exceptional communication skills
• Attention to detail
