About The Opportunity As the Customer Service Administrator , you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service.
Some of your key responsibilities will include: Processing customer purchase orders and providing accurate lead times Delivering top-notch customer service via phone, email, and in-person Following up on overdue orders for collection and delivery updates Creating and processing invoices About You The successful candidate will have: Minimum 5+ years experience in customer service and administration  Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Strong attention to detail and organisational skills A proactive approach to process improvement Experience using Fishbowl software - desired Self-driven and can work autonomously  What's in it for You?
