Your new role
Your new role of Customer Service Administrator will see you working with a leading Australian Technical Services Company, providing exceptional customer service to clients across Australia and New Zealand. You will join a diverse and tight knit team, in a fast paced, but friendly collaborative environment.
Duties and responsibilities
Co-ordinate the day to day business operations from checking and responding to emails, scheduling trades staff and checking the technicians into site
Create reports for clients with updates on works needed
Liaise with on-site technicians to log data as required
Manage incoming customer calls
Rearrange jobs for technicians where required
Assist with any operational improvements where necessary
Provide a high level of customer service to clients of the business
Efficiently complete data entry and data handling duties using excel and CRM Systems
Your Skills and Experience
Excellent verbal and written communication to engage and build relationships with clients, customers and stakeholders
Highly organised with outstanding time management skills and strong attention to detail
Able to work as part of a team but also individually with limited supervision
Experience utilising MS Excel to track jobs
Eager to learn and develop their skills

Ongoing temporary position, with the potential to go permanent
Monday - Friday rotating roster (hours are between 6am and 6pm)
