Customer Service & Administration OfficerInland Petroleum is an independent, locally-owned, and operated fuel and lubricant supplier that has held a strong presence in Central Western NSW since 1985.
The company's head office is based at the Dubbo Depot which oversees four depot facilities and ten retail sites.
These depots and sites are strategically situated across Western and Northwestern New South Wales.
Our depots are located in Dubbo, Gilgandra, Gunnedah, and Condobolin, and our retail sites are in South Dubbo, West Dubbo, Narromine, Cobar, Coonamble, Walgett, Gulargambone, and Barraba.
As a Customer Service & Administration Officer, you're responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients by answering their enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
You're the primary point of contact for customers.
Responsibilities: Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.Provide accurate and complete information to customers regarding products, services, and policies.Process orders, returns, and exchanges following company policies and procedures.Work with multiple people within the company to resolve customer issues.Keep detailed records of customer communication.Collaborate with other team members to meet or exceed customer service targets.Banking and daybook processing.Perform other related duties as management requires.Qualifications: Diploma in a related field.Previous customer service experience is required, and experience in a call center environment is preferred.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions.Excellent organisation and time management skills.The ability to work independently and as part of a team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
