Customer Service & Administration | Laverton North
The Opportunity
Our Laverton North Site is a Dangerous & Hazardous Goods facility supporting several B2B customers.
A fast-paced site driven by safety and compliance, this facility services major ASX listed Chemical suppliers and manufacturers.
We have several opportunities for customer service and administration professionals to join our Resources & Industrials function based in Laverton North.
You will be responsible for:
Provide high quality customer service to key account customers to support our growth and Toll's customer experience through the provision of driving customer satisfaction and customer retention through overall business success.
Processing orders using PWMS and RAMCO via data entry (Current Management Systems).
Ensure the highest level of service is provided to internal, external customers and stakeholders.
First Contact for any queries.
Building relationships and effectively communicating with all stakeholders including customers, warehouse and transport as required.
About you
To be successful in these roles, you will need:
Previous experience in a high-volume customer service position including high level data entry.
Previous experience/exposure to transport or warehouse industry highly regarded.
Excellent computer literacy – MS Office knowledge and typing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Organisational, time management, communication, conflict resolution and customer service skills.
