We're design-led, passionate and constantly evolving.We want you to be part of our journey, so pull up a chair, and find out what it means to work in our Customer Service and DC team.What you'll be doingAs a Customer Service Administration Clerk you will provide exceptional service to customers requiring home deliveries and continue to work at a pace which will ensure that KPI's are met.Reporting to the DC Manager, your contribution will include:Provide exceptional value adding customer service to the internal and external clients of Freedom LogisticsReception duties such as greeting customers, processing customer pickups, directing customers to docksAnswer customer calls promptly to ensure customer queries are answered and resolutions provided within an acceptable timeframeAssist customers who may have issues or concerns regarding their deliveries and communicate with customers regarding rebooking deliveriesIn conjunction with the accounts payable team, keep track of all payments and expenditures, including purchase orders, invoices, statements etcEnsure CoR compliance and regulatory obligations are adhered to at all timeWhat are we looking for?2-3 years previous experience in an customer service roleIntermediate skills in Microsoft applicationsExceptional verbal and written communication skillsUnderstands, anticipates and provides solutions to meet the needs of the customerStrong drive to achieve results and exceed expectationsPerks of the jobA Competitive hourly rateLimitless career growth opportunities - A development plan built around your goals and beyond.
