About the role
The Customer Order Processing Shift ADM role exists to maintain optimal performance across all Order processing tasks within the Automated CFC. This role will support the Customer Order Processing Manager to lead, manage, and support order processing, dispatch across the Automated CFC to ensure customer orders are picked, packed and fulfilled on time. This role will lead the Pick, Pack & Despatch teams in the absence of the Customer Order Processing Manager.
As a part of creating a safe working environment, all candidates for this role can expect to undergo a pre-employment medical check as part of the recruitment process.
What you'll do
Manage the order processing & dispatch zones during the shift by coaching & supporting all teams through the bagging, picking and dispatch areas including Direct to Boot to ensure customers receive their orders in full
Demonstrate sound Fresh Food knowledge and a commitment to quality and fresh product provided to customers during the picking, packing & dispatch process
Support the Customer Order Processing Manager and training Team to coach and develop team to build capability and accountability for their area of responsibility
Assist the Customer Order Processing Manager to identify and develop team to become future leaders
Support the Customer Order Processing Manager by reviewing shift labour requirements against forecast ensure effective rostering is maintained at all time
Support the onboarding of new team members to ensure adequate training is provided (including manual handling)
What you'll bring
Ability to coach, motivate and inspire a large team to stretch their capabilities and unleash their potential
Knowledge of the Online order fulfilment processes and systems
Remain composed under pressure to deliver results whilst maintaining leadership profile
Communicate information and ideas to the team in a clear and focused way that is understood by team members and achieves outcomes
Financial acumen and ability to analyse information, identify trends and prioritise issues, then make effective decisions and deploy resources as needed
Ability to coordinate a diverse range of tasks and deliver a positive result
Computer literate
Effective written and verbal communication skills
