T.C Boxes are looking for an outgoing and enthusiastic individual to join our Customer Experience team on a 12-month contract. If you know how to talk to people, can problem solve and know your way around a computer, this could be the role for you!
About Us T.C Boxes was born with the simple objective of providing safe, reliable and secure storage solutions to tradies of Australia. As T.C Boxes grew, they found it was not just trades who needed toolboxes; Campers needed canopies, hunters needed dog boxes and a few of us just needed somewhere to put things on the ute. T.C Boxes product range has continually developed over the past 3 years to be the most extensive toolbox and canopy range in Australia.
The role will involve: Handling the Warranty department of the business Facilitating courteous and customer-focused engagement to drive fair outcomes Supporting general customer enquiries to the business via both phone and email Communicating with customers in a timely manner and in line with service expectations and performance objectives Supporting the business with various administration and customer service-based duties We are looking for someone who can tick the following boxes: Experience in customer service Comfortable with resolving customer disputes in an empathetic and professional manner Exceptional conflict and dispute resolution skills Confident in decision making Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks Basic to moderate administration experience, including sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) Experience in the motor industry is not essential but will be highly regarded What we are offering: Competitive salary A friendly team environment Learning and development opportunities Monday-Friday work week Work with a fun, down to earth team who share a common interest in 4X4 and the outdoors Free parking onsite Located in Packenham Staff discount Our office hours of operation are Monday – Friday: 8.30am – 4.30pm
