As the Customer Marketing Lead at Officeworks, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting and executing customer-focused marketing strategies.
You'll be responsible for understanding customer segments and developing targeted campaigns that drive engagement, retention, and growth.
Reporting to the Customer Marketing Manager, you'll work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure our marketing initiatives align with business goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Officeworks provides a flexible working environment and this role is based at our Chadstone Support Office in Victoria.Key Responsibilities:Customer Insights and Campaigns: Interpret customer insights and sales priorities to lead the development of targeted marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with internal design and external agency teams to deliver impactful customer-focused content.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Marketing Operations, Merchandise, Education Strategy, Business Sales, Retail Operations, and IT teams to develop integrated marketing strategies.Strategy Support: Assist in aligning marketing efforts with the business's strategic calendar, working with the Customer Marketing Manager and other teams on quarterly planning.Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure marketing activities adhere to relevant laws, including Trade Practices and Privacy laws.
Partner with Legal to stay updated on compliance.Administration and Reporting: Track marketing expenditure and optimise workflows, working with Merchandising Managers to build strong internal partnerships.About you
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
At least 6 years in marketing, with 3+ years in retail (B2C/B2B experience preferred).Skills & Attributes:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Strong communication skills with experience in cross-functional collaboration.Knowledge of both traditional and digital media, social content, CRM, and PR.Detail-oriented with exceptional organisational and time management skills.Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights.Experience managing relationships with creative, media, digital, content, and design agencies.
