About the roleJoin us as a Customer Insights Manager within our Voice of Customer team, where you'll be at the forefront of delivering insights and embedding Customer Obsession across the Coles Group.

You'll engage with a wide internal network, from store operations to innovation, gaining valuable insights into our customers and their needs throughout the instore shopping journey and beyond.
This is a 12-month full-time fixed-term contract. Applications close on Friday 25th October. What you will doReporting to the Senior Customer Insights Manager, you'll:
Design and deliver insight programs and solutions covering primary research and customer data analysis.Manage and optimise key platforms to deliver business stakeholders and suppliers with detailed insights.Support team members in various roles across Coles to utilise insights effectively and appropriately in addressing business challenges such as customer experience optimisation and store development.Source, analyse and synthesise data from multiple data sources to develop customer focused insights and actions.Develop and deliver succinct, insightful, and actionable reports for the ELT and GM community.What you bringComing from an Insights/Strategy/Customer Experience/Voice of Customer background within consumer research & insights agency or in-house, you'll have 5+ years' experience and excel in stakeholder management and relationship building, leveraging data and insights to drive impactful solutions.
Your ability to translate complex research findings into actionable insights will be instrumental in guiding our business strategy.
You'll also need:Broad and practical understanding of analytical tools and market insight methodologies.Experience designing market research and analytics programs.Experience using insights to improve customer and commercial outcomes.Strong leadership experience/ability, to lead working groups and provide mentorship to grads.A strong work ethic, resilience, and flexibility.If you possess a passion for working with data and deriving insights, we want to hear from you!
