In This Role You Will Be Responsible For Efficiently monitoring, documenting, and resolving customer care inquiries, maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times. Handling inbound calls to deliver an exceptional customer experience, fostering long-lasting relationships. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolutions and client satisfaction. Adopting a consultative approach to problem-solving, striving to find solutions that benefit both the business and the client. Analyse and report on customer satisfaction trends, highlighting both positive feedback and areas for improvement.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have Previous experience in customer service or contact centre role (knowledge within the luxury sector beneficial). Ability to think quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal abilities. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for learning and succeeding. Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal stakeholders.
