The Role
This is a newly created position for a proactive and detailed oriented individual to join our Customer Experience Optimisation team. You will be responsible for driving customer centric strategies and play a crucial role in fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Support the CX Optimisation team in the design and implementation of customer centric strategies
Build and maintain key relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with customer experience goals
Leverage data and insights to streamline processes and improve customer service delivery
Oversee staff, VIP, and priority builds from facilitating the initial sales enquiry through to handover, ensuring a consistent, high-quality customer experience is delivered throughout the process
Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance customer satisfaction

You must be reliable and trustworthy, demonstrating the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders. With a high attention to detail and the ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations, you excel in supporting complex projects and ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints.
Tech-savvy and data-driven, you can effectively run, analyse, and deliver insights that drive continuous improvement. Your exceptional conflict resolution and negotiation skills allow you to navigate challenges while fostering a positive experience for customers. Strong time management and organisational abilities ensure you handle multiple priorities effectively, consistently meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are crucial for this position. Candidates who demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, experience with working on projects and possess a strong personal brand will excel in this role. Residential building knowledge is highly regarded.
