These interactions will predominantly take place over the phone, so your ability to build rapport and multitask will be paramount in this role.Day-to-day duties may include, but are not limited to:Answering phones and fielding general enquiries from clientsAccurately entering data and updating records in a timely mannerFollowing up on customer enquiries by proactively making sales calls as requiredResponding to email and website enquiriesResponding to quote requests in a timely mannerPerforming after-sales service with the Timberline excellence mindset guiding you in every interactionSkills and Experiences:What You Will Bring to the Team:To be considered for this position, you should have prior experience in a customer service environment - preferably in a retail or sales environment. You'll have a customer-first approach in your work, with the ability to multitask and stay organised when faced with competing priorities.You'll be the first point of contact for many of our clients, so reliability and a positive attitude are a must in this role.
