Customer Experience Officer - Headspace

headspace Lismore is currently seeking a friendly and proactive individual to join our reception team.
The Customer Experience Officer supports high levels of customer service in the team by ensuring contact with young people, family and friends is marked by professionalism, compassion and integrity.
This role is vital in connecting people to supports and information in a timely way whilst ensuring they feel heard and valued by the service.

We are looking for a passionate individual with a desire to make a difference.
The successful candidate will have:
Previous experience in a customer service role in a service organisation, with experience working with a diverse community including young people who may present in distress.
Well-developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people and provide relevant and accurate information to stakeholders.
Demonstrated high level of organisational skills including an ability to identify and prioritise issues, problem solve, generate solutions, and work collaboratively to achieve a successful outcome.
Ability to use technology to effectively undertake a wide range of administrative functions.
Working with Children and National Police Check are mandatory requirements for all staff.
