Lead and Develop : You'll inspire and train your team, ensuring every client receives an exceptional experience from the moment they step in.Drive Sales : Utilise your consultative sales skills to recognise buying signals and secure sales, ensuring KPIs are met.Customer-Centric : Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through key decisions, often for major events, by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.Global Collaboration : Engage with an international management team and receive hands-on training overseas in a flagship showroom to truly immerse yourself in the brand.What We're Looking For:
