PCW Customer Journey Governance Associate - £25,000 - £30,000 (depending on location) Our new colleague will support our Price Comparison Website (PCW) Customer Journey team in handling the sign-off processes for our Motor and Home journeys (Aviva Online and Quote Me Happy) across all distribution channels.
Your role involves ensuring that these journeys remain approved by relevant teams at Aviva and updating sign-offs to align with the latest versions of each journey.
Additionally, you'll identify and raise any essential changes to meet regulatory outcomes.

Key responsibilities include specifying requirements for journey changes, working with the delivery team to implement updates, and addressing any risk events.
Supporting the approval of journey changes, identifying areas for process improvement, and meeting re-authorization deadlines are also essential.
