Our Customer Service and Administration Team is the first point of contact to our AutoGlass customers.
Our Cairns AutoGlass Service Centre is looking for an experienced Customer Service Expert with Administration experience to start ASAP and be able to hit the ground running!
Days: Monday - Friday Hours: 8.00am - 4.00pm (May be required to work some Saturdays) Pay: $31.50ph + Super About the Role: Face to Face customer serviceGreeting customers and visitors at reception with a positive, helpful attitude.Ensuring our customers have the best experience within the BranchAnswering customer inquiries via telephone, email, and in-person.Provide support to the manager and the running of daily operationsEffectively keeping customers updated on delivery lead timesUndertake repair inspections on vehiclesExplore customer needs and educate on our full scope of servicesIssue invoices and raise job authorities as requiredScheduling repair bookingsSource suitable resolutions to customer concerns and follow up customer queries About You: Professional communication and presentation skillsExcellent and clear verbal and written communication skills MUST have a current drivers licence!Ability to resolve issues and create solutions for customersSupport the Branch manager with administrative tasksAbility to work in a fast-paced workplaceExcellent time management and prioritisation skillsIntermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills Benefits: Supportive and collaborative team environmentGrowth and development opportunitiesCompetitive salaryReward and Recognition programs Realise your potential and build a great career with O'Brien and Apply today!
