Customer Experience – Development SupportPosition Description This exciting role offers the chance to develop and showcase your skills in office administration while providing exceptional customer experience.
As a vital representative of Council, you will present a positive and enthusiastic image to the community.
The position will provide administrative support services to the Customer Experience and Building and Planning Team, including coordination of the administrative tasks associated with delivering effective customer service via the operation of the NSW Planning Portal.
Administrative tasks also include report generation, data entry, and ensuring the effective operation of the Council's customer service and records management systems.
What You'll Be Doing: Champion the NSW Building and Planning Portal by assisting customers with building applications and providing support to the wider Building and Planning team.Ready to jump in and take on any task?

This is a full-time position classified at Grade C Entry Level under Council's current salary structure with a salary range based on qualifications and experience from $60,079.00 to $67,620.00, plus 11.5% statutory superannuation and a 70-hour 9-day fortnight.
Conditions are in accordance with Local Government (State) Award 2023.
