About the job As the Customer Experience Design & Delivery Lead, your key responsibility will be to lead the design, development, and delivery of customer experience initiatives in projects, research, and service design. You will use customer insights and feedback to guide your decision-making and ensure that our solutions deliver improved experiences for our customers.
In addition, your responsibilities will include: Lead the design, development, and delivery of Customer Experience improvement projects across all our channelsDevelop and manage project plans and delivery with a focus on customer experienceReport outcomes from customer experience projects, including usability testing, research and insights, customer journey maps and service blueprints.Provide specialist human centred and universal design support across the businessYour success in this role will come from: Formal qualifications in customer experience design / service design, process improvement, market research, UX, or equivalent experienceDemonstrated ability to work autonomously and lead customer service improvement delivery projectsHighly developed presentation and written skills and the ability to influence outcomes for customersExperience designing and delivering customer experience improvement programs in a large multidisciplinary organisationFurther information can be found in the attached-PD-Customer Experience Design and Delivery Lead 2024.docx If you are passionate about driving positive customer experiences and possess the skills and experience to lead impactful initiatives, we encourage you to apply for this role.
